I would like to make a comment or suggestion about the library. What should I do?

Answer

Both the Circulation and Reference Desks have suggestion boxes where patrons can leave comments or complaints. There is always a supervisor present if you wish to speak to someone in person. If you would like to speak to the Library Director, Karen, she can be reached at (609) 399-2434 x5238 or by email at Karen@oceancitylibrary.org

  1. As a frequent visitor I have never seen any suggestion boxes and also notice that unlike other area libraries there is no survey link. I recently asked a question on the online form and looked to see if it uploaded - the most recent questions in the list are from Feb '19.

  2. Thank you for your comment. The 2nd floor Reference Desk has a suggestion box available to the public. We currently do not have an online survey for customers but, as we implement our strategic plan in the coming months, we aim to make one available for our patrons to access. Our director, Karen Mahar, is available at (609)399-2434 x5238 or by email at karen@oceancitylibrary.org.

Thank you again for your suggestions and usage of the library!
