As a visitor from Georgia renting in OC can I use the OC library?

If you rent for 3 months or longer, you qualify for a free membership card. Simply provide a copy of your lease with the beginning and ending rental dates, as well as your Driver's License or other acceptable ID.
If you do not meet the 3 month requirement, you may still join the library as a non-resident. It is a $15 fee for one year's worth of membership privileges.
